Privacy Notice

This notice explains how PriceWatcher handles the personal details you provide through our “Book a Demo” form. It covers that form only.
What we collect
- Contact details you enter: full name, work email, company/store name, and phone number (if provided).
- The plan information you enter or that is carried over from the pricing page: approximate number of competitors, verticals/categories and SKUs, and the plan options you selected.
- Any free-text remarks you choose to add.
We do not use cookies or tracking pixels on this form, and we do not collect payment details here.
Why we use it
Solely to contact you about your demo request and to prepare a relevant demo. Our lawful basis is your consent (which you give by ticking the consent box) and taking steps at your request before any agreement. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Who processes it
Our website is hosted on Vercel, which processes your request in transit. Your submission is stored in our database (hosted on Supabase) and triggers a notification email sent via Resend. These providers process the data on our behalf as service providers; we do not share your details with anyone else for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep demo-request details only as long as needed to follow up on your request and to keep reasonable business records, and we delete them when they are no longer needed or at your request.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete the details you submitted, or withdraw your consent. To do so, contact us at privacy@pricewatcher.org. Depending on your location, you may also have rights under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law or the GDPR, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority.

מסמך זה מסביר כיצד PriceWatcher מטפלת בפרטים שאתם מוסרים בטופס “בקשת דמו”. הוא חל על טופס זה בלבד.
אילו פרטים אנו אוספים
- פרטי קשר שאתם ממלאים: שם מלא, אימייל בעבודה, שם החברה/החנות, ומספר טלפון (אם נמסר).
- פרטי התוכנית שאתם ממלאים או שמועברים מעמוד המחירים: מספר מתחרים, ורטיקלים/קטגוריות ומק״טים משוער, והאפשרויות שבחרתם.
- כל הערה חופשית שתבחרו להוסיף.
איננו משתמשים בעוגיות או בפיקסלים למעקב בטופס זה, ואיננו אוספים בו פרטי תשלום.
לשם מה אנו משתמשים בהם
אך ורק כדי ליצור איתכם קשר בנוגע לבקשת הדמו ולהכין דמו רלוונטי. הבסיס החוקי הוא הסכמתכם (הניתנת בסימון תיבת ההסכמה) ונקיטת צעדים לבקשתכם טרם התקשרות. איננו מוכרים את פרטיכם ואיננו עושים בהם שימוש שיווקי שאינו קשור.
מי מעבד את הפרטים
האתר שלנו מתארח ב-Vercel, המעבדת את הבקשה במעבר. הבקשה נשמרת במסד הנתונים שלנו (המתארח ב-Supabase) ומפעילה מייל התראה הנשלח דרך Resend. ספקים אלה מעבדים את המידע מטעמנו כנותני שירות; איננו משתפים את פרטיכם עם גורם אחר לצרכיו שלו.
כמה זמן אנו שומרים
אנו שומרים את פרטי בקשת הדמו רק למשך הזמן הנדרש לחזרה אליכם ולניהול רישום עסקי סביר, ומוחקים אותם כאשר אינם נדרשים עוד או לבקשתכם.
הזכויות שלכם
תוכלו לבקש לעיין בפרטים שמסרתם, לתקנם או למחקם, או לחזור בכם מהסכמתכם. לשם כך פנו אלינו בכתובת privacy@pricewatcher.org. בהתאם למקום מושבכם ייתכן שעומדות לכם זכויות נוספות מכוח חוק הגנת הפרטיות או ה-GDPR, לרבות הזכות להגיש תלונה לרשות מפקחת.
